Diversity and inclusion

Bring your whole self to work

We believe that when you work in an environment that encourages you to be you, it creates a diverse and supportive culture that helps us better connect with each other and the communities we serve.

In our fourth annual report examining our commitment to diversity and inclusion, we share the progress we’ve made globally in diversifying our workforce, deepening our inclusive culture, creating value for our associates, customers and clients, and strengthening the communities where we live and work.

Employee groups celebrate our identities and interests

Our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), and Special Interest Groups (SIGs) and communities of practice are a powerful form of engagement and development for our associates and make a large impact on the business. Cultural inclusion is at the heart of what these groups want to achieve, and this can be seen in the wide variety of culture and community groups led by the associates.

Gender Pay Gap Report

Our pay philosophy is to deliver pay that is competitive with the external market and aligned with overall company and individual performance. Beyond reporting a pay gap, Fidelity believes it is critical to identify the actions it is taking to close that gap and is committed to continually strengthening diversity and inclusivity in our workplace and communities.

Perspectives from Fidelity associates
