Fidelity retains Aviva as our healthcare provider. We offer one level of comprehensive hospital and day-to-day cover for all employees and their families.

In addition, we provide a long-term disability scheme which provides financial support in the event of absence due to illness or injury extending beyond the period covered by the short-term sick pay.
