We believe each of us has an obligation to share knowledge, break down barriers, provide experiences, advocate for others, and enable the next generation of STEAM role models who will in turn perpetuate further role models.

Sustainability

Fidelity is thinking forward for a better future. Our sustainability goals are reflected in our governance and policies, our approach to our buildings and real estate design, and are supported on the ground by our IMPACT special interest group.

Fidelity Cares

We started Fidelity Cares® so our associates could actively volunteer and share their many talents. Today, we host numerous company-wide volunteer events – like Fidelity Cares Month – partnering with non-profits and supporting a wide range of local charities and academic institutions.

Last year, associates stayed active in supporting their local communities through a range of programs designed to enable our associates to share their skills and talents in support of education and employability, and within our local communities.
